Piezotome Cube, this is the product to have for major oral surgeries: As it does not cut soft tissues, I can often have faster soft tissue closer as less is removed from the surgical field. Most importantly, the irrigation keeps everything cool and improves visualization. The variety of tips allows for multiple uses. The ultrasonic action is reported to aid in bone healing as opposed to a jackhammer style piezotome without irrigation. It is out for every major procedure, at the ready.
